A loose baking and setting powder with a velvet texture and a skin-blurring effect, and formulated with ingredients that help with oil-control. The GRWM Cosmetics Loose Baking & Setting Powder does not leave a white cast. It can be used on its own, for baking the under-eyes and face, or as a setting powder over foundation.
